We are located in Toronto, Canada.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

You don't need to have a Paypal account. Paypal accepts all major credit cards.

What are your shipping policies?

Your order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) of the date you place your order. All items are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx depending on the size of the order.
Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
Customer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs which are calculated at the time of checkout. When shipping outside of Canada, there may be additional duty/customs charges.

What are your return/exchange policies?

You can return an item within 14 days of your purchase so long as it is in its original condition.
You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit, so long as it is in its original condition.
Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.
No refunds are available for sale items.
